Brian, Sasha and the kids had the kitchen clean, leftovers put away and the dishwater loaded within 20 minutes. "We make a great team!" Tyler proclaimed.

"It is 6:30." Brian announced checking his watch. "Here's the plan for tonight. The 2 of you can pick a video to watch until 8:00, then its bath time and we will read about Harry's latest adventure before lights out."

"But its Saturday night! Can't we stay up later?" Tyler protested.

"No can do." Brian replied, ushering the group toward the family room. "We have church in the morning and I don't want you grumpy because you didn't get enough sleep!"

Tyler scrunched up his face. "Fine." He reluctantly agreed.

"What movie do you want to watch?"

"Snow White!" Hannah suggested bouncing up & down.

"What do you want to watch Tyler?" Brian asked.

Tyler thought for a minute. "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets."

Brian shook his head. "Not before bedtime. Hannah will have nightmares."

Tyler rolled his eyes. "You are going to read to us from a Harry Potter book before bed anyway. What's the difference?"

"Fine. How about Mary Poppins? Or will that give her nightmares too?"

Tyler rolled his eyes again. He grabbed a beanbag chair from the corner of the room and took a seat on the floor. Hannah took another chair and plopped it down beside him. "Not so close Hannah!" Tyler said scooting her beanbag farther away from his.

"What is up with you tonight Tyler?" Brian asked in a tone that conveyed Tyler had better behave or face the consequences.

"Sorry." Tyler replied quietly. "We just never get to watch what I wanna watch."

"You can watch Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. after church tomorrow." Brian told him as he prepared the movie to play.

Tyler nodded his head. "OK." He said settling into his chair.

Brian started the movie and then took a seat next Sasha on the couch. "Kids." He mumbled.
